Product Inquiry for Magento 2

By adding a fast Ajax-based pop-up form with minimum fields, customers do not hesitate in making inquiries. The inquiry button pops up a form and customers need to provide the following inforamtion:

• Name & email address
• Select ordinary or Cold Hire shipping having dependable fields
• Location and address
• Date & time by which you need a reply
• Inquiry details

This feature allows your customers to upload images with the inquiry form to communicate their requirements comprehensively. Customers can upload the following file formats.

• JPEG
• JPG
• PNG
• GIF

The product-specific inquiries that customers submit on a soft popup can be reviewed and managed from a single grid. You can change each inquiry's status based on it's current position one by one or in bulk. For example, you can change the status from 'In Process' to 'Done' when a query is closed.

Give customers an easy access to the inquiry form from any page of your store by adding it to the footer menu.

Add the link of the dedicated product RFQ page on the footer of the website. Customers can also submit their general inquiries using this Request For Quote page. Users’ needs to fill the following fields:

• Company & contact name
• Email address & phone number
• Project title and budget status
• Date - Quote needed by
• A brief overview & file upload

Oversee all the entries received from the dedicated ‘Request for Quote’ page as it appears separately in the admin panel. These submissions acquire additional information such as:

• Project title and budget
• Brief overview about quote
• Document upload
