Upgrades

• We provide our customers with free upgrades for the products they purchase, limited to the product version branch. This means that by purchasing a product version 1.x, customers will receive free updates for all versions within that branch (1.x, 1.x.x).
• Customers are notified via email about updates, which they can download from the Downloadable Products area after logging in.

Email Address

• The email address provided must be valid, as it will be used for communication purposes. It is strongly recommended to use an email address associated with your company. While free email addresses can be used for registration and checkout, orders placed with free email service addresses will be subject to more thorough verification, which may result in longer activation times.

Download

• All products are available for download once payment has been accepted and verified. If you are unable to download a product, please check the status of your payment through the payment processor's interface or contact us for assistance.
