Limit Product Quantity Per Customer for Magento 2

You can optimize your sales strategy by customer groups. For example, you may want retailers to purchase a product in a limited quantity while wholesalers purchase in bulk. You can do so by putting a low limit for retailers and a higher limit for wholesalers.

The extension takes into account a customer’s order history and only allows the maximum quantity once per account. This ensures that customers cannot place consecutive orders exceeding the specified maximum quantity for a particular product.

Prevent a specific customer(s) from ordering a specific product(s) beyond a specific number. This prevents the customer from exploiting a deal and ensures that the product is available to as many customers as possible, while potentially lasting longer than otherwise.

Select a start and end date for the restriction to remain active. Before the starting and after the ending dates, the restriction won’t be applicable. This feature helps to enforce the order quantity limit per customer or customer group for a specific duration.

Prompt customers to purchase complementary products before they can purchase the one they are interested in. You can leverage this feature for products that are used in conjunction and provide no or little value if bought separately. For example, laces and sneakers, laptop and bag, etc. If you don't select any product, there is no condition of buying complementary products.

The Magento limit quantity per customer extension allows you to display a custom error message if a customer attempts to add more than the maximum product quantity to the cart or if he does not add the conditional product(s) to the cart before buying the actual product. Use system variables such as {qty}, {product} to automatically fetch the values.
