User Guide of Magento 2 Product Videos Extension

At the backend, go to FME EXTENSIONS > Configurations. Here you can find the extension configurations.

General Configurations

  • Enable/Disable Product Videos: Option to Enable or Disable the extension
  • Title: Enter a title for the product videos page

Theme

  • Theme: Choose from any of the following themes:

    • Slider
    • Nano Gallery
    • Right witn No Thumb
    • Right with Thumb
    • Right Title Only

Slider Options

You have the following videos slider options.

How to Add Videos?

At the backend, navigate to FMEextensions -> Manage Product Videos. The grid displays all the already added videos. Click on 'Edit' in the Action column to edit a video or click Add New File to add a new video.

Media Gallery Information

In the Media Gallery Information tab, you have the following options.

  • Video Title: Give the video a suitable title

  • Choose Video Type: You can add videos either by uploading a file from your device or embedding one from YouTube. If you select 'Media File,' an upload option will appear, allowing you to upload a video in MP4 format. If you select 'URL,' a field will appear, allowing you to enter the video URL.

    • Media File
    • URL

  • Store View: You can limit the video to specific store views.

  • Customer Groups: Select the customer groups you want the video to restirct to.

  • Content: Enter conent you want to display with the video.

  • Enable: Toggle this option to enable or disable the video.

Attach Product

This section allows you to attach videos to products. Expand the section and click on Reset Filter to load all the products. Select all the products you want to attach the video to.
