User Guide of Magento 2 Product Sections Extension
General Configurations
At the backend, go to FME EXTENSIONS > Configurations. Here you can find the extension configurations.
- Enable Module: Choose ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to Enable or Disable the module
- Allow Sections on Home page: Enter a value to limit the total number of sections that will display on the home page
- Allow Products on Per Section: Enter a value to limit the total number of products that will display in one section
How to Add/Edit Product Sections?
At the back end, go to FME EXTENSIONS > Manage Product Sections. Here you will find all the product sections in a grid. You can Edit any section or click on the Add Product Sections button to continue.
Product Section Details

Name: Enter a name for the product section

Section Preview: Display product sections in:
- Slider
- Default

Product Preview: Display products in:
- List
- Grid

Change Status: Choose ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to Enable or Disable the product section

Start Date: Set a start date for displaying the products section in a specific time

End Date: Set an end date to automatically hide the products section

Sort Order: Specify display sort order of the product section
Attach Products with Sections
Option to add products one-by-one to the products section.
Attach with CMS
Option to select the CMS pages on which you want to display the products section
Attach with Categories
Option to select the categories on which you want to display the products section
